A FEW FACTS ABOUT HAIR...

ALL HAIR WHEN HAND ROOTED IS SEALED
WITH WATER PROOF GLUE:    
                               
HERE'S HOW:

From inside the head before the doll is assembled water proof glue

is painted onto the mold where all the hair has been rooted, allowed to dry

for several days. This causes all the hair ends to be captured in the glue

and therefore become permanently attached to the scalp from the inside.

Then the head is weighted and stuffed.

The hair can then be dampened and styled.

A leave in conditioner can be applied.

This hair can be a combination of new premium human hair

from a beauty supply house used for wigs or extensions

and new cleaned sorted combed premium mohair purchased

from my suppliers. Or it can be just human hair or just mohair.

I will decide which will work best on each doll according to the

desired look.

IF THE DOLL IS VERY LARGE:

Some doll molds have very hard heads, mostly the toddler

size or child size heads.

If this is the case it may require a high quality synthetic or

human hair wig.

These will run anywhere from $50.00 to $250.00

depending on the hair - human or synthetic, the length,

the size and the style. Since I am a cosmetologist if I see the

doll requires a wig I use only professional high quality wigs.

I trim and thin them as necessary to look real.

A VARIETY OF HAIR COLORS ARE available.

Also a variety of hair textures.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and will professionally color the hair if

it is hand rooted and we can't find hair wefts that match.

I usually will not color the hair if it calls for a wig.

Coloring the hair is a charge of $85.00

Acceptable Forms of Payment ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT MUST CLEAR THE BANK FIRST... McMurray, PA. 15317 *ALL customs and tariffs are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer. You must check these and assume the cost yourself.  We do not have access to that information.        Our Lay Away Plan:         We will accept a 50% initial down payment towards the total purchase price. A monthly installment payment of 25% of the balance each month following until the doll is paid off is required.  We will include shipping and PA sale tax of 6% in the total price before we calculate the payments. If at any time any of he payments are not paid there will be a late fee of  $25.00 added to the next payment. Payments should be made no later than the 7th of each month. If there are more than two late payments we will cancel the Lay Away Plan. You will forfeit the money paid in and the doll. Once your doll is paid for in full we will ship the doll immediately. If you live in the area and would like to make arrangements to pick up your doll to avoid shipping fees feel free to call us and make those arrangements.
