You will be given return instructions that apply to you. A Return ID number will be given and you must use this number on your returned package.
Please apply the following instructions to qualify for a valid return and exchange transaction. If NOT followed we CAN'T accept the doll as a VALID return for an exchange or credit.

Repackage the doll IN THE ORIGINAL PACKING BOX INCLUDING ALL THINGS THAT ACCOMPANIED THE DOLL ON ARRIVAL TO YOU.
Use the original packaging material and box that you received the doll in.
Repackage it in the same way or very close to the way the doll came. Dolls not repackaged the same way will not be excepted.
Please place on the outside of the box a mailing label with the following words printed or written clearly on it.
“ATTENTION RETURNS AND EXCHANGES” also write the ASSIGNED RETURN NUMBER we gave you on the label.
Please DO NOT write on the box. PRINT ON THE LABEL ONLY
Ship it "INSURED" UPS, FED-EX or D H L. Cost of return shipping and insurance is your responsibility.
We INSURE ALL DOLLS when shipped to you.
You MUST INSURE any doll you are returning to us for the EXACT value of the doll not less.

Please note we take DATED photos of all our dolls BEFORE THEY SHIP. We verify their condition is FLAWLESS and DAMAGE free.
BEFORE WE EXCEPT A RETURN and honor the credit we will verify the condition of the doll. We will not accept dolls that are not in the EXACT same condition in which WE shipped them to you. Dolls that are missing anything originally sent with them or are damaged in any way WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please understand, we are not trying to be difficult. These dolls take TOO MANY hours of intensive creative work by the artist and we wish to receive them back in the same condition they left our building.
SOMEONE ELSE WILL LOVE THE DOLL YOU DON'T
We want it to be in the same sellable condition that you received it in.
We respect you, the consumer and we ask you do the same for us.

OUR LAY AWAY PLAN
We will accept a 50% initial down payment towards the purchase price of a doll. There after we will require a monthly payment equal to 25% of the remaining balance of the doll. We will include S/H and 6% PA sales tax in the total before calculating your payment.
If at any time during your payment plan you miss a payment or your payment is later than seven days from the first of each month we will add a $25.00 late fee on your next months payment and if you have more than two late payments we will cancel the Lay Away Plan and you will forfeit the amount you have paid in and the doll. We will then sell the doll on our website, Ebay, or locally at a craft show.
Once you have reached full payment of your doll of choice we will ship it to you immediately.
We do not arrange lay away plans for minor children nor sell dolls to minors. They need an adult or legal guardian to arrange for sale and payment.
